Work from identity to conversation
Realistic and anime are appearance styles, not personality settings. After selecting a style, choose the physical details and voice, then set the name, location and age. Characters must be aged 18-99. Keep the identity fictional, including when you choose a realistic look.

Turn a list of traits into a playable person
A patient night-shift baker who is preparing for a local competition gives you several ways to begin. Their patience shapes the dialogue; the competition supplies a current concern. Add a preference or habit that fits, rather than asking for every possible personality at once.
Describe what they know and how they respond, while leaving room for the conversation to develop. We do not allow characters based on celebrities, public figures or private individuals. A new name alone does not make a recreation of a real person an original character.
Review what an edit will change
After creation, Character Studio contains the supported appearance, details and personality controls. Editing an existing personality requires Ultimate; writing the initial personality is part of setup. Public changes go through a private draft and approval process rather than appearing immediately.
Read the confirmation when changing a character used in other conversations. Check the affected version before applying it. Your companion remains separate from your persona: the companion is whom you talk to, while a persona describes your role.
Additional creations cost 500 Moments. A first-character offer may be available, but check eligibility in the creator rather than assuming every Free account can use every creation tool. The separate Free custom-chat cap is 100 messages total, not another daily grant.
Questions and answers
Where do I choose an anime appearance?
Select anime at the visual-style stage, then make the remaining appearance choices within that style. Review the preview before finishing.
Can I choose a boyfriend or a trans companion?
Check the current gender and style filters for male, trans and other available adult companions. The catalogue choices shown there are separate from designing a custom character.
Which plan lets me change a saved personality?
Ultimate allows edits to an existing custom personality. Initial personality setup does not have the same restriction, and public updates require review.
May I recreate someone I know?
No. The restriction covers private individuals as well as public figures. Use an original fictional adult instead.
Is character creation included without a charge?
Check any first-character offer in your account. Additional custom characters cost 500 Moments, and offer eligibility is separate from the requirements for later paid actions.
