Distinguish a grant from a purchased balance
A paid plan supplies a monthly grant. Top-Up Moments are purchased separately and do not expire. The displayed total combines available credits, but the underlying balances follow different rules: when the monthly grant resets, its unused Moments are replaced with the new allowance.
Upgrading from a monthly plan mid-cycle converts unused grant Moments to non-expiring Top-Up Moments before adding the new grant. Upgrades from a multi-month plan instead credit the value of months that have not started. Moments history helps distinguish these changes from purchases and spending.
Read the cost after choosing the request
A standard one-companion chat photo costs 50 Moments; calls cost 50 Moments per minute. Video charges depend on the model and settings. Image resolution, references and quantity can also affect a request's total, so read Generate after making those choices.
A request stopped before generation by a safety check is not charged; a generation that fails after starting receives an automatic Moments refund. That is different from a cash refund for an unwanted successful result. Inspect pending requests before sending duplicates.
Buy only the credit or term you intend to use
Premium or Ultimate is required for Moments top-ups. Choose the amount in the Store and inspect its price before payment. Card statements identify charges as S LABS INC. A prepaid subscription key buys a term, not Moments, and cannot extend an active subscription.
Moments purchases are normally final, with billing-error and applicable-law exceptions. Our policy separately lists cryptocurrency purchases as non-refundable; mandatory legal rights remain relevant. Why do I see both tokens and Moments?
We use both names for the same account credit. Neither name describes a chat model's context allowance or its message-length limit.
Which offers can add free Moments?
Eligible one-time offers include 200 signup Moments, 100 for a first Discord link and 25 for notifications. Check account eligibility; bonuses do not waive subscription requirements.
Why is my balance smaller after renewal?
Unused monthly grants are replaced rather than carried forward. Purchased top-ups remain. Compare the grant reset with the entries in Moments history.
Is a Free account allowed to purchase Moments?
No. Top-ups require Premium or Ultimate. A promotional balance does not change that purchase requirement.
Should I use a site promising a free-token unlock?
Keep your credentials with your Secrets account. Check its balance and eligible offers instead of supplying a password to a third-party unlock service.
