Identify the billing action you need
Cancellation stops renewal while leaving the paid period available; it does not automatically refund that period. Report a billing error in writing within 30 days of the statement and give the transaction reference. Moments purchases are generally final, subject to corrections and applicable law.
Initial EU or UK subscriptions have a published 14-calendar-day withdrawal provision. Without premium use, the refund is full; use can result in a proportional deduction. The provision does not restart on renewal. Consult subscription and refund guidance for the relevant conditions.
Understand data use and retained records
We process account details, conversations and usage information to provide and personalize Secrets, improve models and maintain safety. Providers and legally required disclosures can also involve personal data. Do not use a conversation as storage for passwords or payment credentials.
Permanent deletion removes identifiers and chat history, but transaction records remain for seven years and security or system logs for up to twelve months. Read data rights and retention. Send access, correction or deletion requests to support@secrets.ai; verification may be necessary.
Keep the fiction adult and consensual
You must be at least 18 and meet any higher local age-of-majority requirement. Our characters are fictional. Do not impersonate a real person, supply their private information or recreate an identifiable individual in intimate media.
Minor-related sexual material, exploitation, non-consensual content and attempts to bypass safety controls are prohibited on every plan. Use the roleplay boundaries to consider whether a premise is appropriate before taking it further.
Give the right team a focused report
Use support@secrets.ai for account, payment and content concerns, and legal@secrets.ai for legal inquiries. Identify the page, transaction or approximate event time and explain what needs review. Exclude passwords, full card numbers and copies of unlawful material.

Do paid plans have fewer content restrictions?
No. A subscription changes access and allowances, not the safety rules that apply to the interaction or material.
Can account deletion replace a cancellation request?
No. Treat closure and stopping renewal separately. Check the subscription outcome rather than relying on deleting a conversation or removing an app shortcut.
Where should I raise a concern about my information?
Write to support@secrets.ai with the account email, concern and relevant date or location. Include only the personal information needed to explain the request.
