An opening introduces the situation and gives you a first impression of the cast. Series begin with a free opening episode; later access can involve an account or an unlock. Check what is available rather than assuming every cover represents a complete, released season.
The featured series on our home page are a starting selection. Look at the title's episode count and access information before deciding to continue. A coming-soon entry is not a playable release, and one series does not establish a schedule for every other story.
Know what stays unlocked for your account
An unlock applies to the individual episode, including replay on the account that unlocked it. It does not include the next installment or every future episode. Premium or Ultimate permits Moments spending on eligible unlocks, but a subscription does not open the whole catalogue.
An eligible free-unlock credit can be used on any plan. Check the selected episode's access options before confirming a choice. Read its price and whether a free credit applies; one title's unlock conditions do not establish the cost of every other series.
Meet the cast without changing the episode
Chatting with a cast companion takes place alongside the drama. Your conversation does not rewrite its sequence or unlock another part of the series. Keep those actions separate when deciding whether you want to watch more or begin an exchange of your own.

Will I need another unlock to replay an episode?
An unlocked episode can be replayed on the same account. Using another account does not transfer the original account's access.
Will every title have the subtitles I saw on another series?
Not necessarily. Language options vary, so inspect the subtitles offered for the episode rather than expecting the same selection throughout the catalogue.
