Understand what happens to conversation information
Our policy covers personalization, moderation, analytics, and training and improving AI models. It also describes service providers and disclosures for legal obligations. A companion is not a human correspondent, but its fictional nature does not make the information you send exempt from those processing uses.
We describe AES-256 encryption for stored data and TLS 1.2 or higher in transit. These measures do not mean that all authorized processing is impossible or that security has no limitations. Voice calls are transcribed; the audio is deleted while the text remains for continuity.
Keep the people and situations fictional and adult
Secrets is restricted to adults aged 18 and over. We prohibit minor-related sexual content, non-consensual content and unauthorized intimate depictions of real people. A realistic art style is not permission to recreate a person you know or a public figure.
Free and paid accounts follow the same content boundaries. Buying a subscription or spending Moments does not switch off safety rules. Keep other people's private information out of prompts, and use fictional names and backgrounds when a story does not need personal details.
What remains after an account closes
Our policy says permanent account deletion removes personal identifiers and chat history. Transaction records remain for seven years; security and system logs can remain for up to twelve months. Cancelling renewal, removing an app icon and deleting an account are different actions.
For account removal, use Delete account under Account safety in User Settings and read the confirmation. Send data-access, correction or deletion requests to support@secrets.ai; identity verification may be needed. Do not put passwords, verification codes or complete card numbers in the request.

Does encryption prevent every kind of operator access?
Storage and transport encryption do not prevent every authorized use of information. Our policy describes processing and the circumstances in which data may be disclosed.
How do I raise a charge I do not recognize?
Check the receipt and subscription, then email support with transaction details. Report billing errors within 30 days of the statement, without sending full card information.
